Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Oklahoma City to lead floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and mentor the technical team during events. You will coordinate equipment setup, monitor AV performance, and collaborate with venue management for smooth delivery of services.

The role emphasizes safety, staff development, and operational excellence, with a focus on guest satisfaction and timely event execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet training and certification within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training requirements per Encore’s program.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management and Workforce.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Maintains positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
• Oversees setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment; troubleshoots issues quickly.
