Raas Infotek is looking for an Audio Visual (AV) Engineer who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining conference room technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Poly video solutions. The role emphasizes ensuring high-quality user experiences during meetings and events.

The successful candidate will assist executives, perform desktop support tasks, and carry out routine maintenance on AV systems. Strong knowledge of AV standards and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting Conference Rooms & Teams Rooms.
• Strong knowledge of Poly video collaboration devices.
• Experience in Streaming, Events & Broadcast Support.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Manage AV standards including peripherals.
• Assist executives with live meeting setups.
• Perform routine AV system health checks and updates.
