Job summary

Lyft Flexdrive seeks an Associate Operations Manager for the Nashville AV depot, overseeing scheduling, training coordination, and floor execution for a 24/7 operation. You will mentor Fleet Operations Leads and Associates while collaborating with the Operations Manager to maintain depot readiness and compliance.

This on-site leadership role requires 5+ years in operational leadership, a degree in Engineering/Business, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operational leadership.
• Experience in AV or complex fleet operations.
• Proven track record launching and scaling new sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & workforce planning across all shifts to ensure staffing and readiness.
• Coordinate and execute training programs and certifications for shift teams.
• Lead floor execution, quality standards, and incident resolution during mid shifts.
• Provide mentorship and operational direction to Fleet Operations Leads and Associates.
