Job summary

Flexdrive, a Lyft subsidiary, seeks a hands-on Senior Manager, AV Operations to own and evolve the operational playbooks for AV depot operations in Nashville. You will be the primary operational leader, driving strategy, executing complex projects, and ensuring seamless support infrastructure in partnership with AV technology partners.

This role requires 5+ years of leadership in AV or complex fleet management, strong data analytics, and the ability to work in a hybrid in-office environment in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in site management, general management, or operational leadership in complex fleet management or AV operations.
• Proven track record of executing playbooks, driving daily efficiency, and managing physical infrastructure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 depot operations.
• Strong people management, scheduling, safety culture, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations for 24/7 AV fleet management at the depot, including layout, vehicle flow, maintenance, and data handling.
• Lead site leadership, monitor KPIs, address bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to SOPs/SLAs and safety protocols.
• Manage AV operators and technicians, schedule work, and foster a safety-first shop floor culture.
• Collaborate with AV technology partners and external vendors to meet operational needs.
