Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Manager to support Account Managers in selling products and services nationwide from our Phoenix and Las Vegas offices. The role involves handling order entries, responding to requests, and administrative support to the Director of Sales.

The ideal candidate has AV knowledge, a strong service mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 4-year college degree required.
• At least 3 years of AV experience in live event environments.
• Strong service mindset and ability to handle high-volume interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal clients.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and coworkers in high-pressure environment.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal contacts.
• Manage high volume of calls and emails with professionalism.
• Build rapport with Operations and Logistics teams.
• Stay current with AV rental industry trends and Rentex inventory.
