Job summary

Vector is seeking a full-time remote Audio Visual Production Manager to join our customer support team. The role focuses on coordinating gear, creating client reports, and negotiating with vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in production or related roles, the ability to travel, and strong communication with clients and colleagues. A visa and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Professional education is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry experience in two of these four areas: Technical Bearing, Production Designer, Record Manager, Sr. Lead Professional.
• Working knowledge of R2 Rental Administration Software (experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, indicate, and coordinate gear and work orders for the event.
• Create reports for client orders and track gear usage.
• Negotiate with vendors to maximize Vector's advantage.
• On-site coordination of load-ins, setup, strikes, and load-outs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with the planning, operations, and event teams.
• Help ensure compliance with Vector's quality standards and safety.
• Demonstrate accountability and readiness for client-facing situations.
• Assist the organization in procedures for a safe and green workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
