This senior role leads four engineers today, with growth to about eight by mid-2027, and will serve as the technical authority on scenario-based testing and sim-to-real fidelity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automated testing, simulation-based validation, or test engineering for complex hardware-in-the-loop systems.
• Hands-on experience designing scenario-based test suites on a simulation platform.
• Ability to define coverage and gating for SITL, HITL, and CI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of engineers, structure work, and scale to eight by mid-2027.
• Drive the design of a versioned scenario library covering nominal and edge conditions.
• Establish tests across SITL, HITL, and CI with telemetry, replay, and analytics.
• Own interfaces with tooling and validation teams and ensure sim-to-real correlation.
