Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and follow up on referrals.
• Record daily sales activity and update management.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules to your manager.
