Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Test Manager for the Group 5 Mission Autonomy program. You will oversee the autonomy software test stack from planning to decommissioning, coordinating SITL, HITL and flight tests with internal and external teams.

The role requires experience managing test teams and a Top Secret clearance, with a STEM background and strong analytical skills to interpret test results and drive improvements. Travel for events and engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and directing test events with go/no-go decision authority in developmental, operational, or integrated test environments.
• Familiarity with software development practices, progressive test environments (SITL, HITL, Flight), and systems engineering processes.
• Ability to leverage operational experience and technical knowledge to evaluate autonomous system behavior and make informed decisions.
• Self-starter with ownership and mission-oriented mentality.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group 5 Mission Autonomy test organization from conception to decommissioning across SITL, HITL, and Flight.
• Lead test engineers, oversee test programs, and manage customer engagements and relationship management.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple test programs with internal and external stakeholders; manage test infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain test mission scenarios, DMOTs, test reports, and data packages.
• Ensure testing aligns with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
