As a Test Engineer, you will contribute to developmental testing across ground and air platforms, integrating tests into programs and ensuring safety and rigor throughout the lifecycle of complex defense systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• 0-2 years of test engineering experience, other engineer discipline experience, or comparable skill.
• Hands-on project experience through internships, capstones, personal builds, or hobby engineering.
• Willingness to learn formal test planning, safety reviews, Flight/Test Readiness Reviews, and technical report writing.
• Ability to interpret and analyze test data using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.
• Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and is coachable.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documenting results and briefing findings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% to test sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developmental testing of tactical systems across multiple divisions, including ground and air testing.
• Integrate Anduril’s Test and Evaluation process into programs and ensure adherence throughout the life of the program.
• Take on new challenges, create paths forward, and hand off solutions for execution by other engineers.
• Ensure safe operations of all testing efforts following established procedures.
• Collaborate with software/hardware engineers and product managers to define test requirements.
• Improve test procedures, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
