Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Surveyor to drive land development and renewable energy projects from inception to delivery. You will join a collaborative survey team that values precision, growth, and client-focused results.

This role offers autonomy with strong office and field support, plus paid training and industry events. You will partner with managers to shape scopes and schedules, lead boundary and ALTA surveys, and leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble tools to produce high-quality

Qualifications

Experience with Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.

Responsibilities

Partner with Project Managers to develop scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects.
Lead boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create plats and maps, and ensure deliverables.
Review survey calculations and field data for precision and compliance with standards.
Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients as the survey voice on the team.
Pursue paid training, industry events, and networking for skill growth.
