Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Use technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D to process data and create maps.
• Review and verify survey calculations ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients.

As a Project Surveyor at Atwell, you’ll play a key role in bringing residential, commercial, mixed‑use development, and renewable energy projects to life. You’ll be part of a highly experienced, collaborative, forward‑thinking survey team that values precision, creativity, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.
• Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients – you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.
• Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.

What You Bring

• Deep understanding of boundary, ALTA, legal descriptions, easements, title review, and real‑estate documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
• Prior field crew experience is a plus.

Pay Range

$30 - $45 USD
