Qualifications

• Experience with boundary and ALTA surveys and related legal descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with Project Managers.
• Lead boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy.
• Process data in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to create plats and maps.
• Verify survey calculations, collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Continue professional development through paid training and industry events.
