HireArt is recruiting an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI to triage and troubleshoot issues reported by vehicle operators and engineers, keeping fleet operations running smoothly on the road.

In this full‑time, onsite contract role, you will capture incidents, perform first‑level triage, escalate to engineers, update tickets and documentation, and provide regular fleet status reports to operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical role or holds a technical degree.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and computer issues.
• Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Triage issues reported by vehicle operators and engineers.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting to keep operations running.
• Escalate complex issues to engineers and support teams.
• Update and maintain issue tickets and docs.
• Provide fleet status reports and issue trend insights to operations.
