Job summary

Iconma LLC is recruiting a Vehicle Technician for a client site in Miami, FL. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles, performing diagnostics, and ensuring readiness for demonstrations and tests in a lab setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of technician experience, familiarity with CAN diagrams, soldering, and a strong, communicative team player attitude. A technical automotive background in a lab or engineering context is preferred.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, parts, tools and materials.
2–4 years of technician experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in automotive engineering or research labs preferred.
CAN wiring diagrams and soldering knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support readiness of fleet vehicles and lab operations.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics as part of the lab team.
Configure, set up and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road use.
Coordinate with Shop Foreman to ensure vehicles are ready for demonstrations and testing.
Create diagnostic test plans and document quality field reports.
Maintain shop facilities and organize tools and workspace.
