Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an AV Safety Manager to oversee the safe operation of robotaxi infrastructure and services in the United States region. You will lead safety assurance, monitor performance, investigate incidents, and uphold high safety standards across sites.

Collaborating with Global Safety Team, Ride Hailing Operations, Fleet Deployment & Readiness, Training, and external vendors, you’ll build local safety programs from the ground up and shape safety and compliance for autonomous vehicle

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in transportation safety, logistics, or trucking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Safety Science, Safety Risk Management, Ergonomics, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• Experience with DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations; CSP or OSHA 500/501 preferred.
• Authorized to work and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies for fleet health in the region.
• Track KPIs and deliver reports to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high performance.
• Ensure operational readiness through assessments and best practices.
• Monitor safety indicators, trends, and risk controls.
• Drive predictive maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead Site Safety Programs and incident readiness processes.
• Conduct tabletop exercises with vendors.
