Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operator in San Diego, CA to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and follow detailed procedures with a focus on safety.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, safety protocols, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a background verification (BGV).
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures.
• Complete routes complying with local laws and procedures.
• Support safe deployment of ride-hailing services.
