Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve trigger requests from the autonomous vehicle in a timely manner.
• Monitor weather, traffic, and other conditions affecting AV operations.
• Safely send remote commands to AVs for on-road and testing scenarios.
• Log real-time feedback and communicate with engineers.
• Escalate blockers with suggested solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AV software and operations.
• Work on cross-functional projects as time permits.
• Interact with the public as an Aurora ambassador.
