Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor in Austin, TX to lead a team of vehicle operators and ensure achievement of short- and long-term operational targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work hands-on with your team, mentor staff, and collaborate with Fleet Operations leaders to drive efficient vehicle fleet management, testing standards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and active AVT permit.
• Experience working collaboratively in high-level team environments and promoting teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination.
• Outstanding driving history and safety record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of vehicle operators to meet short- and long-term targets.
• Lead daily hands-on operations and uphold testing standards for software and hardware.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations leaders to drive safe and efficient fleet management.
• Support operators in daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
• Provide regular performance feedback and mentorship to foster growth and high performance.
