Job summary

Tsmg is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets, supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and city launches across North America.

The role involves coordinating Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure fleet safety, availability, and deployment-readiness, with a focus on KPI performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet/operational roles.
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership and people management.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across one or more depot locations.
Oversee depot operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and organization.
Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, charging schedules, and readiness.
Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance summaries.
Drive process improvements and SOP development for autonomous vehicle operations.
