Energy Jobline ZR in Philadelphia, PA, seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Manager to lead a team of service technicians, oversee safety, HR, scheduling, and customer service excellence. The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving outcomes, and delivering a superior client experience.

You will develop leaders, manage performance, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while meeting billable targets and client demands.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electric Vehicles and/or Autonomous Vehicles is a requirement.
• Proven ability to build and lead a strong team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and drive action.
• Collaborative management style with a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safety & compliance: focus first on safety, health, environmental compliance and quality of work.
• Team Management & HR: hire, manage performance, schedule and develop the team; follow HR policies.
• Technician Development: train technicians and foster leadership and skills growth.
• Workload Management: dispatch work efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Problem-Solving: assist technicians in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Process & Inventory: ensure defined processes and manage inventory and parts procurement.
• Billability & P&L: meet billable hours targets to satisfy P&L.
• RO Management: ensure ROs are scheduled, completed and closed per client needs.
• Executive Presence: serve as escalation point for disputes and provide resolutions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with BU leadership, HR, Finance, Procurement and external partners.
