Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions in Denver, CO seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Manager to lead a team of service technicians, uphold safety and compliance, and deliver exceptional client experience. The FM will manage HR duties, develop technicians, and dispatch to minimize downtime while ensuring high service quality.

The role requires leadership in a tech-driven environment, with on-site duties and the potential for extended training travel during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electric Vehicles and/or Autonomous Vehicles (EV/AV) is required.
• Proven ability to build and lead a strong team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and drive action.
• Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and identify improvements.
• Experience managing performance and implementing improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Safety, compliance, and quality of work first; ensure audits are completed.
• Manage a team of service technicians, including hiring and scheduling.
• Develop technicians and promote ongoing leadership and technical skills.
• Oversee workload, dispatching, and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems that impact vehicle service.
• Define and follow processes for inventory and parts procurement.
• Be accountable for technician utilization and billable hours targets.
• Manage Repair Orders from intake to closure per client needs.
• Serve as escalation point for disputes and provide clear customer communication.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure service excellence
