Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Manager in Philadelphia, PA to lead a team of service technicians, ensure safety, and deliver outstanding client experience. The FM will handle HR responsibilities and develop staff, with onboarding travel required for 2–4 weeks.

This role offers a competitive salary paid weekly, a Monday-Friday shift, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, and ongoing training through Amerit University.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electric Vehicles and/or Autonomous Vehicles.
• Proven ability to build and lead a strong team.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to drive KPIs and improvement outcomes.
• Customer-focused with a collaborative management style.
• Willingness to travel for onboarding (2–4 weeks).
• Flexible with shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safety, health, and environmental compliance in the Market Area.
• Hire, manage performance, schedule, and develop technicians.
• Develop technicians and promote ongoing leadership/technical skills.
• Oversee workload, dispatch, and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve service disruptions.
• Manage process and inventory, procurement, and RO flow.
• Own billability targets and P&L considerations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and partners.
• Serve as escalation point for disputes and provide resolutions.
