Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Fleet Services Manager – Autonomous Vehicles to lead a team of 10–100 technicians maintaining a growing robo-taxi fleet. You will drive performance, cost control, and adherence to client service expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will partner with client leadership and HR/Training teams to onboard talent, optimize schedules, and implement data-driven improvements across shifts to sustain 24/7 operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vehicle repair or fleet operations with leadership experience.
• Experience managing 25+ vehicle technicians.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven with KPI interpretation and action planning.

Responsibilities

• Set work priorities and monitor KPIs for fleet maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with client leadership and AutoNation teams.
• Ensure timely, compliant work orders and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain reporting systems and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a team of up to 10 direct reports and ~150 indirect reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and 24/7 operations readiness.
