Job summary

Draiver is seeking a Field Support Operator to provide on-site support for autonomous vehicle operations in Houston. You will respond to incidents, drive response vehicles, and keep field activity running safely and efficiently in fast-paced conditions.

This field-based role requires sound judgment, flexibility, and comfort working outdoors, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will coordinate with dispatch and responders, document incidents, and assist with rider support and basic

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of licensed driving with a clean record.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background checks and drug screening will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to autonomous vehicle incidents in your area.
• Drive response vehicles and assess roadside situations safely.
• Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting per procedures.
• Support recovery, relocation, towing coordination, and charging.
• Coordinate with dispatch, responders, and partners.
• Document incidents with photos, videos, and reports.
• Assist riders, recover lost items, and prep vehicles.
• Maintain vehicles, PPE, and communication devices.
• Follow safety, security, and compliance procedures.
