Job summary

Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Technician in Longmont, CO to diagnose and repair autonomous robots and control systems for the ASI division. The role emphasizes safety, hands-on learning, and effective communication with internal and external customers.

The technician will support ASI Durability and external clients, operate and calibrate machines, and maintain networked systems while documenting issues and improving troubleshooting procedures. Travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Requires college graduate, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors with autonomous vehicles and control systems.
• Repair, calibrate, and adjust autonomous machines as needed.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks and field operations.
• Be hands-on and eager to learn across hardware and software.
• Learn to operate autonomous vehicles safely.
• Maintain and support wireless and wired networks for ASI systems.
• Diagnose and recreate customer support issues; update procedures as needed.
• Document support cases thoroughly and update troubleshooting guides.
