Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) in Longmont, CO seeks a Customer Support Technician to diagnose and correct autonomous robots and control systems in our Landscaping division.

You will support internal and external customers, troubleshoot hardware and software, calibrate machines, and maintain network connectivity while prioritizing safety. The role requires hands-on problem solving, good communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• College graduate, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP).
• Experience with various machines (heavy equipment, vehicles, agri-machinery).
• Experience with electronics and DC circuits; able to use a digital multimeter.
• Experience with diagnostic tools or programs (e.g. OBD).
• Understand CAN bus on vehicle communications and GNSS basics.
• Experience with wireless and wired networks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors with autonomous vehicles and control systems.
• Repair, calibrate, and correct autonomous machines as required.
• Maintain and support wireless radio networks.
• Diagnose and recreate customer support issues.
• Document support cases and update troubleshooting procedures.
• Support internal customer 'ASI Durability' and external customers.
• Be hands on and prioritize safety; learn to operate vehicles safely.
• Travel as needed to support customers.
