Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving trucks commercially.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and Interstate Class-A CDL.
• Driving record must pass MVR guidelines and DOT physical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work rotating night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely pilot autonomous semi trucks for on-road and closed-course testing.
• Monitor Aurora Driver and provide real-time feedback to engineers.
• Escalate blockers with suggested solutions and document issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance Aurora’s mission.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software changes and partner apps.
• Represent Aurora to the public as an ambassador during testing.
