Alleviation Enterprise LLC is looking for a motivated sales professional in Texas to join a structured training program. You will work in your territory to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and employees, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide mentorship and a path to leadership as you grow your client portfolio and hit targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Self-motivated with a drive for personal and team success.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit businesses to develop relationships with owners and reservice clients
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager
• Record daily sales activity and progress
