As a new sales professional you’ll participate in immersive training blending online learning with hands-on mentorship in your territory, engaging with business owners to present high quality supplemental insurance solutions.

From one-on-one consultations to group presentations, you’ll build your client portfolio, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and schedule your own

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build local relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
