Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Telecom OSS Reinvention Senior Manager to lead architecture and strategy for autonomous network operations. You will guide AI-driven OSS modernization, define target architectures, and manage cross-functional teams across strategy, architecture, and implementation.

You will shape autonomous network roadmaps and veteran leadership to deliver predictive maintenance, self-healing operations, and closed-loop automation for CSPs, with significant travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecommunications or technology consulting with depth in OSS architecture/engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, TE or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with leading OSS platforms and network management systems

Responsibilities

• Lead OSS reinvention and solution architecture across inventory, provisioning, service assurance, fault/performance management, planning/optimization, and automation
• Define target architectures and roadmaps aligned with network/business priorities
• Guide AI/ML/GenAI use cases including predictive maintenance and automated remediation
• Travel up to 80% as needed
