Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of telecommunications industry and/or technology consulting experience with deep OSS architecture/engineering expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise across multiple OSS domains (inventory, fulfillment, provisioning, assurance, fault, performance, planning, automation).
• Hands-on architecture or implementation experience with leading OSS platforms (Amdocs/Netcracker/ServiceNow Telecom/Ericsson/Nokia).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, orchestration, analytics, and closed-loop automation in network ops.
• Knowledge of TM Forum ODA and Autonomous Networks maturity frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern network architectures (5G, fiber, cloud-native, SDN/NFV, edge).
• Experience defining target architectures, roadmaps, and modernization approaches.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and senior exec discussions.
• Business development, proposals, and client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSS reinvention and architecture across inventory, fulfillment, provisioning, assurance, fault and performance management, planning, optimization, and network automation.
• Define target architectures and roadmaps aligned with network and business priorities.
• Architect capabilities like zero-touch provisioning, closed-loop assurance, AI-driven workflows.
• Guide AI/ML and GenAI use cases including predictive maintenance and automated remediation.
• Apply TM Forum ODA and AN frameworks to modernize OSS toward cloud-native, API-driven architectures.
• Evaluate OSS platforms and define data, integration, observability, and AI needs for autonomous operations.
• Provide technical leadership through complex integration challenges and stakeholder management.
• Lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams spanning OSS, cloud, data, AI, automation, and architecture.
• Drive business development, proposals, and OSS/autonomous network offerings.
• Travel as needed, up to 80%.
