Accenture helps CSPs reinvent network and service operations with AI-driven OSS modernization. You will guide autonomous network strategies, modernize legacy OSS platforms, and shape AI use cases for predictive maintenance and automated remediation.

This senior role requires deep telecom expertise, leadership of cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive strategic roadmaps and client engagements across multiple geographies.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of telecommunications industry and/or technology consulting experience with deep OSS knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise across multiple OSS domains including inventory, provisioning, assurance, fault and performance, and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OSS reinvention and solution architecture across inventory, provisioning, assurance, fault and performance, planning, optimization, and automation.
• Define target architectures, autonomous network strategies, roadmaps, and business cases aligned with priorities.
• Architect capabilities such as zero-touch provisioning, closed-loop assurance, and AI-driven NOC workflows.
• Guide AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI use cases for predictive maintenance and automated remediation.
• Apply TM Forum ODA and Autonomous Networks to modernize OSS toward modular, cloud-native architectures.
• Evaluate OSS platforms and define data, integration, observability, orchestration, and AI needs for autonomous operation.
• Provide technical leadership through complex architecture, integration, and interoperability challenges.
• Lead client engagements, multidisciplinary teams, and executive discussions on modernization strategies.
• Drive business development, proposals, and OSS/autonomous network offerings.
