Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, through Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, implement, and adjust treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, often in real-life contexts like kitchens and grocery stores.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative therapy team, with flexible scheduling and hourly

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
• Current CPR certification per state regulations
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources
• Communicate patients’ needs and progress to the treatment team and families
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and improve patient outcomes
