Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, through Rehab Without Walls, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will help patients communicate, think, and participate in daily life after neurological injury, with clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of clinical SLP experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neuro injuries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve outcomes and coordinate care.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in state(s) of practice

CPR Certification

Minimum 1 year experience as SLP

Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation
