BrightSpring Health Services, via Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide functional rehab in home, school, work, or community settings. The role emphasizes real-life therapy moments across kitchens, stores, meals, outdoor activities, and workplaces.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative therapist team, with a flexible schedule, hourly compensation, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Communicates effectively in verbal and written interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving/transferring patients up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and standing/walking for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.
