Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, via Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver home and community-based rehab. You will evaluate and treat patients with cognitive, speech, language and swallowing disorders in real-life settings, coordinating with families and care teams.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative team, with growth opportunities and compensation paid per hour.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
• Minimum one year as a Speech Language Pathologist in rehabilitation.
• Strong communication skills and professional interaction with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
