Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver functional rehabilitation across home, school, work, and community settings. The role emphasizes real-life contexts like kitchens, grocery stores, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative therapy team, treating patients with neurological injuries and coordinating care across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in practice state(s).
• CPR certification current and compliant with state rules.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrates professional communication in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
