BrightSpring Health Services’s Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation program seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and re-assess progress, enabling real-life functional improvements across feeding, language, cognition, and swallowing in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient handling as required.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for home and community safety; refer and educate as needed.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.
