Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services through Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings, not a traditional clinic role. You will help patients regain communication, cognition, and swallowing skills in real-life environments, emphasizing autonomy and meaningful therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the practicing states.
• Current CPR Certification and ability to meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety resources and referrals.
• Communicate patients’ needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
