Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will provide speech therapy services, collaborating with patients to improve communication, independence, safety, and quality of life while tracking progress over time.

Formación

• Licensed SLP or licensure eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions supporting functional independence in adults and geriatrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
