Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide personalized speech therapy services for adult and geriatric patients to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to ensure strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans.

Education
