Qualifications

• 2 years of experience managing residential or commercial real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms).
• A sharp understanding of local recording requirements and escrow procedures, with a strong focus on organization and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive real estate files autonomously from initial contract intake through successful closing and disbursement.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and lien searches and resolve title defects before closing.
• Prepare deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and closing packages.
• Act as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders with proactive client updates.
• Coordinate receipt and disbursement of funds, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
