Qualifications

• One year of relevant Real Estate Paralegal/Closer experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Qualia experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare closing documents and ALTA settlement statements.
• Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
• Review and balance closing disclosures and funds.
• Record documents and manage disbursements at closing.
• Communicate via Qualia Connect, Outlook and Teams.
