Job summary

Holliday Ingram, LLC is seeking a Closing Paralegal to prepare real estate closing documents in accordance with South Carolina law under the supervision of the Closing Attorney. You will ensure all information is collected timely, fund and disburse per lender instructions, and coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to close on schedule.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage multiple orders, and proficiency with Qualia and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience as a Real Estate Paralegal/Closer.
• 0 diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and experience with Qualia is desirable.
