Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Closing Paralegal / Real Estate Closer in Columbia, SC to manage the full real estate transaction cycle from contract through post-closing. The role requires experience in real estate closings and familiarity with SoftPro, ResWare, or Qualia.

You will prepare documents, coordinate with lenders and agents, and ensure deadlines are met in a collaborative team environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000–$85,000 per year, 401(k) with generous match, and

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a real estate closing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of real estate closing experience, with 5 years being ideal.
• Experience managing residential or commercial transactions from contract through post-closing.
• Familiarity with SoftPro, ResWare, Qualia, or similar closing software is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with lenders, agents, and legal counsel.
