Role & Responsibility: Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

• Review residential closings to ensure compliance with SC and NC law, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and outstanding client experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and brokers, representing the firm with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Participate in local networking, marketing, and outreach efforts to expand the firm's client base and enhance its presence in Fort Mill and surrounding communities.
• Work closely with paralegals, staff, and firm leadership to ensure efficient operations and a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance service quality, and support firm growth initiatives.
