Carolina Legal Associates in Columbia, SC is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to own the closing process and act as the primary liaison for clients throughout property transactions, from initial contract intake to disbursement.

You will autonomously drive files, review title commitments and surveys, prepare deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements, coordinate funds, and provide proactive updates to buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders to deliver a world‑class closing experience.

Formación

• 2 years of experience managing residential or commercial real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms).
• A sharp understanding of local recording requirements and escrow procedures, with a strong focus on organization and deadlines.
