OutSystems is seeking a Lead Platform Operations Expert to define the gold standard for platform reliability in an agent-driven world. You will own the automation roadmap, ensure secure AI governance, and guide the shift to autonomous platform engineering across global environments.

You will design scalable workbenches using agentic workflows and influence product teams with real-world AI infrastructure requirements, driving reliability and innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in IT Operations and platform leadership.
• Mastery of AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting and secure AI gateways.
• Preferred OutSystems Expert certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical roadmap for global OutSystems platform automation.
• Set security and data residency protocols for AI agents on the platform.
• Lead the transition to Autonomous Platform Engineering with AI-driven reliability.
• Design the Platform Workbench to automate 60%+ routine admin tasks.
• Provide field-tested AI infrastructure requirements to product teams.
