Job summary

Autonomize AI is seeking a Tech Lead to manage and drive the development of our core platform. You will own architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of the foundation for our AI solutions.

This role demands a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering robust systems. You will mentor engineers, own the technical roadmap, and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, MERN, C++).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building and scaling high-traffic distributed systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the core platform for high availability and scalability.
• Own the technical roadmap aligning with business objectives and product strategy.
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality through reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
• Evaluate new technologies for platform adoption.
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of engineers.
